Knowledge and Competencies Narrative Professional, Ethical Guidelines and Practice: In phratry of 2008, I was hired as a Peer pedagog/ adept Assistant by the Maine affirm Prison total ill-treat Department. In addition, I became familiar with the regulations concerning the records of clients under the Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and alcohol addiction Prevention Treatment carry of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 290 dd-3) and the Drug Abuse shoes and Treatment Act of 1972 (21 U.S.C. 290 ee-3).

Considering the occurrence that I was incarcerated at this time, I was delegated with a high-level of confidence and responsibility to abide by these regulations.
